Reward Trips

Each year, Seint offers the opportunity to earn a Reward Trip for reaching sales and leadership goals! Some of the past locations include: Costa Rica, Riviera Maya, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, and the Dominican Republic. Reunions

Seint’s Artist Reunions are an amazing way to connect with other Artists and ignite your business! These artist conventions are packed with special speakers, makeup and business training, new products, and fun events to build relationships with your team, learn new techniques for boosting your business, and experience what the Seint culture is truly about! Virtual Conferences

If you’re unable to make it to one of Seint’s Reunions in-person, we’ve got you covered! Seint’s Virtual Conferences are enriched with trainings, recognition, and Seint Awards featuring your fellow Artists and special speakers! Frequently Asked Questions

There are two ways to get paid. The first way is by your personal sales. You receive a base commission of 20% on every sale you make, whether you sell $10 or $1000, there’s no limit! You can also earn up to additional 5%, 10%, 15%, or 20% bonus commissions (for a total of up to 40% combined with your base) once you hit certain monthly sales thresholds.

The second way to get paid is by building a team. Earn additional 2-24% commission bonuses on team sales by cultivating and nurturing your team to success.

Once you make your first sale, you’ll receive an email from Paylutions (the company who sends our commissions online) within the following week to set up your payment account. As an Artist, you will receive 5 paychecks. Each Friday of the week, you’ll receive your base commissions (20%) from the previous weeks’ sales The pay period is for the previous week of orders (Monday – Sunday) and on the 10th of the month, you’ll receive your previous month’s bonus commissions (5-20% additional). You’ll also get paid on the 10th for any team building commissions you’ve earned as well!
Besides paying for your Artist kit, there is a $12.95 monthly back office fee (or C$15.95) to maintain your personal Seint website and back office. This fee also covers access to the Seint app each month!

It’s your business and you can choose exactly how you want to run it.
Nope, nope, and nope! Seint covers all of the inventory, shipping, and customer service for you and your customers. There are no membership requirements for your customers and once they sign up with you, they are exclusively yours and linked to you under your Artist account.
Our Team has some of the most comprehensive training and resources out there for you! We’ve dedicated an entire “University” full of courses, resources, helpful videos, tools and more to help you jumpstart your business.
The beautiful thing about being an Artist is that you make your own hours! If you only have 5 minutes a day or 5 hours a day, you can choose what times you work and when you don’t.

The biggest thing to keep in mind is that if you work your business like a hobby you’ll be paid like a hobby. If you work your business like a career, you can be paid like a career.
We’ve got you covered there! Our team supplies you with guides and resources on the best ways to color match. As always, your direct upline (the person you sign up under) is there to help you succeed as well!
That’s okay! You might be surprised by the amount of women who never wore makeup before Seint or who did not know a lot about makeup! Seint was made for the every day woman. It’s quick, easy, and super user-friendly–that’s what makes so many women fall in love with it!
As a Seint Artist, you are paid as a 1099 (US) or T-4 (CAN) contractor. We suggest working with your financial advisor to decide how much to save and what you will be responsible for when paying taxes.
Yes. You are not locked in to any contract and can cancel your Artist account at anytime. If you decide to cancel and want to rejoin, there is a 6 month waiting period in order to re-enroll, and you’ll have to purchase another Artist Kit.
